TTMA Voice Gateway License

MoltBot Ninja grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely in connection with a valid, paid TTMA Voice subscription and exclusively on the single server instance identified by your Deployment ID. This License does not convey any ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights therein.

• a.Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, data structures, or underlying ideas of the Software, in whole or in part.
• b.Modify, adapt, translate, alter, or create derivative works based on the Software or any portion thereof.
• c.Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or distribute the Software or any part of it, except for a single backup copy retained solely for disaster recovery purposes.
• d.Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, resell, assign, or otherwise transfer the Software or your rights under this License to any third party.
• e.Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, marks, watermarks, or identifiers on or in the Software, including but not limited to copyright notices, license references, and build stamps.
• f.Use the Software to build or contribute to a competing product or service, or to benchmark the Software for publication without prior written consent from MoltBot Ninja.
• g.Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures, access controls, obfuscation, encryption, or security mechanisms embedded in the Software.
• h.Extract, intercept, or capture any credentials, API keys, tokens, encryption keys, or proprietary protocol details processed by or embedded within the Software, except those explicitly provided to you in your configuration files (.env, config.json).
• i.Share, publish, or disclose the contents, behavior, output format, error messages, internal structure, or server-delivered prompt templates of the Software to any party not authorized under this License.

The Software and all copies thereof, including any prompt templates, conditional rules, and operational instructions delivered by MoltBot Ninja's servers at runtime, are proprietary to MoltBot Ninja and title thereto remains in MoltBot Ninja at all times. All applicable rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in the Software are and shall remain in MoltBot Ninja. This License does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of MoltBot Ninja.

The Software contains technical protection measures including but not limited to: code obfuscation, string encryption, bytecode compilation, and binary sealing. Any attempt to defeat, bypass, or analyze these protections constitutes a material breach of this License and may violate applicable laws including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), and their international equivalents.

The Software reports a narrow set of operational events to MoltBot Ninja's servers for the purpose of service operation, fleet health monitoring, billing reconciliation, and abuse prevention. By using the Software you consent to the collection and processing of the following categories of data:

• a.Service operation - deployment identity, tunnel URL, software version, runtime status (service active/inactive), and binary integrity signals.
• b.Billing telemetry - call control identifiers and durations sourced from the carrier for the purpose of metered billing. The current telecom sub-processor(s) are listed in the Privacy Policy; sub-processors may change on notice.
• c.Prompt cache health - low-cardinality, non-PII signals about the Software's ability to retrieve prompt templates from MoltBot Ninja's servers, consisting of: applied mode (cloud vs bundled stub), schema and content version, boot duration, consecutive refresh failures, time since last successful sync, and short error category tags.

The Software does not transmit call recordings, call transcripts, caller phone numbers, caller PII, the content of prompt templates, or any data from your connected workspace (gateway, CRM, knowledge base, or email) to MoltBot Ninja beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the service.

All telemetry is associated with your Deployment ID and is retained for the minimum period required for the stated purpose. Raw operational events are automatically expired after 30 days; only aggregated counters are retained beyond that.

• a.This License is effective only while you maintain an active, paid TTMA Voice subscription in good standing.
• b.This License terminates immediately and automatically if:
  • Your subscription expires, is cancelled, or is suspended;
  • You breach any term of this License;
  • MoltBot Ninja terminates the License upon written notice.
• c.Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and permanently delete all copies from all systems under your control within 48 hours.
• d.MoltBot Ninja reserves the right to remotely disable the Software upon termination of your subscription or breach of this License.

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. MoltBot Ninja does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

In no event shall MoltBot Ninja be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to this License or the Software, regardless of the theory of liability, even if MoltBot Ninja has been advised of the possibility of such damages. MoltBot Ninja's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Software during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoltBot Ninja, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Software or your breach of this License.

MoltBot Ninja reserves the right to audit your use of the Software to verify compliance with this License. You agree to cooperate with any such audit and to provide reasonable access to your systems and records as needed to verify compliance.

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this License shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of this License is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and MoltBot Ninja with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations.
